I feel worn out after only 4 days at work this week. Between stuff for the staff conference on 19th, answering the phone and the odd bits of recruitment stuff and website my time has been filled. I feel a little guilty about the stuff that isn't getting done and have passed on a little to one of my colleagues but a lot of the typing is impossible to give to somebody else as it was given to me as it's my kinda stuff.

I don't feeling guilty at all about having a 3 day weekend, if I'm to have the energy for next week and the guaranteed hard slog to get everything ready and get the conference running fairly smoothly I need a break now.

As a start to a peaceful weekend I'm drooling over the photos of MS from Fan Odyssey :)
