(no subject)

Something that amused me a little last night. While looking around out the front for the cat Dad discovered the guy three bungalows along has one of those croaking frog things which activates when something moves past it. Dad wasn't setting it off by walking past it but just with the light from his torch, he demonstrated this to me and we came in laughing.

An hour or so later a thunderstorm comes along and I realized the lightning was setting this frog off too, and a big rumble of thunder would do it as well. Thus last night I went to sleep to the odd flash of lightning, croaking of this frog thing, rain and thunder.
