Tuesday, 27 December 2005 10:46Yesterday evening the bigger fibre optic Christmas tree stopped working :(
Dad investigated and it's not the bulb in the base as that's working fine, possibly the transformer or something else so no pretty twinkling tree :(
Woke up before 7 am this morning with an aching back, lying down too much does not do it any good so I got up, read the paper and once it was light enough outside could see we had a sprinkling of snow overnight. Most of the white stuff has melted but at least we have blue sky, white fluffy clouds and some sunshine which is an improvement on dull and overcast.
