sazandraI think the cold that threatened before SG6 has really hit me. I had sneezing last weekend, now I've got a horrible chesty cough :-( and I've spend most of today so cold. At least now I'm home I can snuggle up in my fleece blanket and fall asleep if I want.
Other sh*tty thing of the day was at work I had the learner from hell on the phone. I recognized his voice immediately and remembered his name as well. I am not good when put under pressure and he starts ranting on about stuff that we (as a service) haven't tried to help him (we have and what he demands is unreasonable). Thankfully my boss walked into the office at that moment and she took over from there while I found whatever info she could use, and he swore at her and slammed the phone down. He did phone back a while later and apologized but we're now preparing for the inevitable series of calls that we've been through with him in previous years.
