Watched The Ties That Bind late last night and again this evening.
My thoughts on it: nice to look at but what was the point of the episode?

I didn't worry about the point, I just enjoyed the view. *g*

To be honest, I found the sub plots and the description of how the Jaffa and the rest were dealing with the destruction of the Goa'uld rather fascinating.

It was a very nice view. Pity no rear views of the leather pants though.
There again if I want rear views of MS and CJ in leather pants I can watch Day of Leather, Day of Arse again and there's plenty of opportunity to watch BB in leather in Farscape.
