sazandraDon't know what's causing it but this evening mIRC has been acting really weird.
While I was away from my computer for a while something happened and when I came back the screen was full of "Unable to connect (Connection refused)".
I went off line, came back on again, tried mIRC and got nowhere, rebooted, tried to go to the HC chatroom, failed, tried it again etc etc. Ended up deleting mIRC and re-installing it from the disk I made to transfer between machines and eventually got back into the Alphagate chat to discover I had appeared to be there all along (or something).
An hour later it goes weird again and after several attempts I eventually get back to the AG and HC chatrooms ... by which time both are empty.
Have also lost my network connection several times today for no apparent reason.
