sazandra: (And 8 Balance of Judgement)

You can change the time on your mobile phone and watch and your alarm clock but you can't change your body clock when the clocks change!

I was awake at what my body thought was 5.30 am, but with the clocks changing was 4.30 am ... whoops?

I gave up trying to go back to sleep about 6 am (what would had been 7 am) and laid in bed reading J/D slash for a couple of hours, before doozing off again until almost 10 am.

I just somehow doubt I will manage to be awake quite so early tomorrow morning when I do have to get up for work.

I think the same, my body just take a week to get used to the new hour. But it's worse on spring when we for daylight saving lose an hour.

It's the fact that I was wide awake way too early for a Sunday morning anyway that really got me, and I went to bed at 11.30 pm (what became 12.30 am) because I was tired.

Maybe it's my body's revenge for the beginning of the week when I felt so tired that I was crawling into bed as early as 8 pm and sleeping until at least 6 am?

Oh, come on it's just that one hour! Take a transatlantic flight, *that* is annoying for the internal clock. ;-) j/k

Of course not. When you need it it's not there and when you're trying to sleep in, it is, duh, of course *g* -- but isn't it always like that? We change the clocks twice a year and it takes a bit before the internal one gets the idea *g*

And of course pets do not understand about changing clocks.

Uh oh, right... cats are intelligent creatures so I don't know what that says about us humans coming up with daylight savings time...
