Changing the clocks ...
Sunday, 26 October 2003 12:20You can change the time on your mobile phone and watch and your alarm clock but you can't change your body clock when the clocks change!
I was awake at what my body thought was 5.30 am, but with the clocks changing was 4.30 am ... whoops?
I gave up trying to go back to sleep about 6 am (what would had been 7 am) and laid in bed reading J/D slash for a couple of hours, before doozing off again until almost 10 am.
I just somehow doubt I will manage to be awake quite so early tomorrow morning when I do have to get up for work.

Date: Sunday, 26 October 2003 08:56 (UTC)Maybe it's my body's revenge for the beginning of the week when I felt so tired that I was crawling into bed as early as 8 pm and sleeping until at least 6 am?
