It doesn't seem that long ago since the previous crash near Oxford Airport - December 2003, how can it be that long ago? Of course between then and now there was the small plane that came down on Wytham Hill, as it was heading for the airport.

I heard on Radio Oxford just after 7 am that there had been explosions of some kind there.

Occasionally see a deer out in one of the fields between here and Oxford and a year or two ago one was knocked down and killed on the roadside between Farmoor and the toll bridge, the carcass was there on the roadside for months.

Okay I could complain about the amount of rain and how chilly it is at times but at least I'm not going to be suffering from heat exhaustion and trying to avoid brilliant sunlight.
